2. The motor cooling system is faulty. Since the heat generated by the motor cannot be dissipated as soon as possible, the motor temperature rises too high. The main solution is to check whether the motor cooling fan is running normally, whether the fan rotates in the right direction or not, and whether there is water-cooled cooling water. And the water heat dissipation is normal, whether the cooling air duct is blocked, the motor body will affect the motor heat dissipation due to the accumulation of sludge, oil dirt and other debris!
3. If the temperature measurement value is wrong or inaccurate, you can measure it with a standard temperature detection instrument to see if there is a big difference between the temperature value and the motor temperature displayed by the driver. If the measurement value is consistent with the displayed value or differs by a few degrees, the displayed value Correct, the temperature measurement of the motor temperature sensor is normal. At this time, the alarm value of the motor temperature rise value must be too high or the motor temperature rise alarm value is shielded! If the measured value differs greatly from the displayed value, it is likely that the motor temperature sensor is faulty, and the motor should be turned on to eliminate it. !
If the alarm parameter value of the driver is set incorrectly or unreasonably, it must be corrected, otherwise the motor will be damaged for a long time.
